Who I am

This website is run by Brooks Irby Tech & Facilities, a sole proprietorship owned by Tyler Brooks Irby. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Brooks Irby Tech & Facilities.

What I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me. When you use the contact form, I receive:

• Your name, email address, and message
• Your phone number, business name, and best time to reach you, if you provide them
• Which link brought you to the form (for example, a particular ad), so I know what is working

I use this information to reply to you, provide quotes, and work with you as a client. I don’t sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.

Who else handles information

• Form service. Contact form messages pass through a third-party form service that delivers them to my email.
• Payments. If you pay online, your payment is handled by Square. I don’t receive or store your full card number. Square’s own privacy policy applies to that payment.
• Website hosting. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside company.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites, such as sample projects or payment pages. I’m not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

How long I keep information

I keep messages and client records for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and tax requirements. After that, I delete them.

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me using the details below.

Children

This website is meant for business owners, not for children under 13.
