Questions
What if I need more than 20 changes in a month?
Each extra small change is $20. If a request is really a project, like a new page, I’ll quote it before I start.
Do unused changes roll over?
No. The included changes reset each month.
How fast are changes made?
Within 2 business days.
Can I cancel the maintenance plan?
Yes. It’s month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Who owns my website?
You do. Once your project is paid in full, the site and its content are yours.
Do you work outside the greater Mobile area?
For websites and maintenance, yes: I work with clients anywhere in the US. On-site network help is for local businesses.
